Our Informal Arrangement is a three stage process. The aim is to have you debt free within a 5 year period.

Stage 1: We take control of the situation and tailor a plan that suits your individual financial situation. We contact the creditor on your behalf, therefore relieving you of the burden.

Stage 2: The monthly payments to your creditors are distributed as a pro-rata payment on a monthly basis.

Stage 3: We will endeavour to negotiate reduced settlements with your creditors, clearing debts for good.

During this whole process a Counsellor will be assigned to you, who will be your point of contact throughout. The personal service we offer is second to none and we will work closely with you at this difficult time.

We will arrange a home visit for one of our counsellors to tailor an individual plan.
